Currys Red Shrimp Description
The Currys Red Shrimp salmon fly is Pat Curry’s original shrimp fly, except that his had Red Swan strip veilings, which are no longer used. This is the grandfather of all shrimp patterns. When Pat tied it in the late 30s, little did he know that he had created a revolution is Irish Salmon fishing. The Currys Red Shrimp is particularly good for fresh fish.
